How do I purchase Brainology® for my school or organization?
Pricing Information
The volume price for schools, districts, youth programs and other organizations purchasing 20 or more licenses is US$20 per student taking the Brainology® online course. There are no other fees or taxes.
For pricing in other currencies, please see the 'International Purchases' section below.
Purchase Process Overview
Purchasing is very simple and quick. You can purchase by credit card, check or through a Purchase Order (see instructions below). Right after we receive your payment or purchase order (usually the same day), we will email the educator the registration instructions (please let us know who that person should be). If that person is already registered, we will add the additional student licenses to the existing account.
Teachers and students can start using the program once they receive our registration instructions email, usually the same day that we receive the purchase order.
To Purchase by Credit Card: if you don't already have an adult username and password
If you don't already have an adult username and password, to purchase by credit card, simply register and follow the instructions to purchase and create the student accounts at our Educator Registration Page.
To Purchase by Credit Card: if you already have an adult username and password
If you already have an adult username and password, to purchase by credit card, log in to our website, click on My Account, and click on 'Purchase more student licenses', then follow the instructions.
To Purchase by Purchase Order (PO) followed by Invoice
You can email us a purchase order at billing@brainology.us, fax it to (650) 376-0125, or mail it to:

NOTE: Please include in your purchase order the name and e-mail address of the educator who will be implementing the program (e.g. a teacher who will be instructing the students to create their accounts and directing them to the program, or the instructional leader who will forward instructions to other teachers), so that we can email him or her registration instructions.
To Purchase via our Order Form and pay via check, money order, credit card or invoice
If you are not submitting a purchase order (PO), simply fill out our Order Form and e-mail, fax or mail it to us at the address provided. We'll email you registration instructions. Click on Order Form and then follow the instructions. As instructed, please include the name and e-mail address of the educator who will be implementing the program (e.g. a teacher who will be instructing the students to create their accounts and directing them to the program, or the instructional leader who will forward instructions to other teachers), so that we can email him/her registration instructions.

International Purchases
The Brainology® program is all delivered online. Customers anywhere in the world can easily purchase and access the program. If purchasing via credit card, you can follow the general instructions above. If purchasing via purchase order, check (mail), or electronic wire transfer, you can also follow the general instructions above following the pricing in your currency:
